Responsibilities :
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide progress / change report for each project / intervention areas
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases / data systems
- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns of data sets from BMGs
- Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problem
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Analyze Data, develop graphs, charts, infographic as per the requirement
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Ensure data protection and safety, and update the senior management about any potential threat and challenges

Requirements
Skills :
1. Proven working experience as a Data Analyst, database management
2. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
3. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages such as ZOHO, CRM, SQL, Salesforce etc (
4. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, R, SAS, etc)
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
6. Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
