Key Responsibilities

• Create scalable design systems for visual consistency across products.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure usability best practices.
• Work independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
• Refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Expertise in Figma including Auto Layout, components, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong experience in design systems and component libraries.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and responsive design.
• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for distributed teams.
