The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for various technical positions across India. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT roles, hiring processes, and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic technical positions
- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Stay updated with current industry trends and technical skill requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client hiring needs efficiently
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in domestic IT recruitment or technical staffing
- Familiarity with hiring platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and Indeed
- Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., developers, testers, analysts, engineers, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using MS Office tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
