- Source and attract candidates for various technical roles using job portals, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate fit
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings
