Blurbpoint is looking for a creative and analytical Facebook Ads Specialist to plan, implement, and manage high-performing paid social campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, budget optimization, and campaign performance analysis. You’ll be responsible for driving measurable business results through effective ad strategy and execution.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to achieve marketing objectives
- Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation for targeted campaigns
- Develop engaging ad creatives, including visuals and copy, in collaboration with the design team
- Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and ad placements to enhance performance
- Stay updated on Facebook’s latest advertising policies, tools, and algorithm updates
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with broader business goals
- Ensure ad spend efficiency and deliver a strong ROI on all paid social initiatives
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns (minimum 1–2 years)
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and analytics
