Job Requirements:
- Under general supervision, designs, codes, tests, and deploys software in all layers of the development life cycle.
- Provides the necessary documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, C/C++, .NET, and C# .NET.
- Implement and manage cloud-based solutions across various providers, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Develop and secure APIs using OAuth, SAML, and API Gateways.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve development processes and solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.
- Document application architecture, design, and technical specifications for reference and future maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with FedEx’s security policies, standards, and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong proficiency in cloud technologies across various providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
- Expertise in OAuth and SAML for secure authentication and authorization.
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
- Solid understanding of C/C++, .NET, and C# .NET for full-stack development.
- Experience with API Gateways for managing and securing APIs.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with SaaS and custom code & workflows.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Proven track record as a good team player, contributing to collaborative and supportive work environments.
- Knowledge on the Security Domain is a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
- Three (3) years of work experience in an information technology or engineering environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
