This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer located in Bhubaneswar. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and improving user interfaces and user experiences for our software platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, conducting user research and testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the overall usability and aesthetics of the product.
Qualifications
- UI Design, Prototyping, and Wireframing skills
- User Research, Testing, and Usability Analysis skills
- 2-3 years of experience is essential
- Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, and color theory
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in designing for web and mobile applications is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
