Work Responsibilities:
As a Web Designer at SocialBusk, you will be responsible for:
- Website Creation: Design and develop visually stunning and user-friendly websites that meet clients’ needs and objectives.
- User Experience (UX) & User Interface (UI) Design: Craft intuitive and engaging user experiences, ensuring seamless navigation and beautiful interface design.
- Responsive Design: Create websites that are optimized for all devices, from desktops to mobile phones, ensuring a consistent user experience across platforms.
- Content Integration: Collaborate with content creators to seamlessly integrate text images, and multimedia elements into web designs.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, provide regular updates, and incorporate feedback throughout the design process.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing to identify and rectify any issues or bugs, ensuring websites are error-free and fully functional.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, and emerging technologies, and design best practices to deliver cutting-edge web solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
- Proven Experience: A portfolio showcasing your previous web design projects and your ability to deliver exceptional designs.
- Proficiency in Design Tools: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant design software, i.e., WordPress, Shopify, etc.
- HTML/CSS Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to effectively communicate with developers and implement designs.
- Creativity: A strong creative flair with an eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills are needed to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
