🔑 What You’ll Do

• Design new pages and sections for Sweet’s website (Homepage, Product Pages, Resources, Why Sweet, etc.)
• Translate strategic messaging into clean, intuitive layouts that drive user flow and conversions
• Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams for visual and narrative alignment
• Simplify complex ideas into elegant UI components and visuals
• Deliver responsive, developer-ready designs with strong attention to spacing, typography, and accessibility
• Design landing pages for campaigns, email flows, and product launches
• Maintain consistency with Sweet’s brand system while pushing creative boundaries

🛠️ What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of professional web design experience, ideally with SaaS, tech, or creative-led brands
• Strong expertise in Figma and modern design systems
• Excellent sense of hierarchy, clarity, and user flow
• Ability to balance aesthetics with conversion strategy
• Comfort collaborating with developers (Webflow familiarity is a plus, not required)
• A portfolio showcasing refined UX, visual polish, and brand consistency
