Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated fresher to join our Data Process & Automation Team. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to work with large datasets, perform data analysis, and contribute to process improvements and automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Data Management : Collect, clean, and organize large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Data Analysis : Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and generate meaningful insights.
- Statistical Analysis : Perform statistical analysis to support various projects and business decisions.
- Collaboration : Work with different teams to create and maintain reports and documentation.
- Data Visualization : Develop visual representations of data to communicate findings effectively.
- Process Improvement : Participate in process improvement initiatives, experimentation, and automation projects.
Requirements
- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Communication & Teamwork : Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with other teams.
- Technical Skills : Familiarity with MS Office , especially MS Excel for data management and analysis.
- Aptitude : Strong aptitude and logical thinking skills.
- Adaptability : Flexible with working hours and comfortable meeting strict deadlines.
- Learning Mindset : Eager to learn, inquisitive, and quick to adapt to new tools and processes.
- Commitment : Willing to commit to working with Team Everest for at least 2 years.
Qualification
- A degree B.Sc in Statistics or Mathematics .
- A strong passion for math, statistics, and data analysis.
Other Information
- Scope : Full-time
- Probationary period 3 months
- Willing to work with Team Everest for minimum 2 years
- Designation : You will be designated as Volunteer Services Fellow ’
- Working days : Monday to Friday + 2 working Saturdays a month
- Office Timing : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
- Office Address : Team Everest office, 148, 2nd St, Lakshmi Nagar, Shanthi Nagar, Chromepet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600044.

- Non-Chennai Employees – Travel to Chennai for training programs and quarterly meetings as and when required (Travel & Accommodation will be taken care by Team Everest)
Requirements
You should have excellent English communication and writing skills. Be able to express ideas clearly and explain solutions in a simple way.
A keen eye for detail to make sure no issues are missed. Any degree is accepted, but what matters most is your willingness to learn and help solve problems.
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others in a team. Support during weekends and holidays to solve queries on time.
