The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. 🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee queries and resolve workplace issues promptly
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation
