Job Title: Front-End Developer (UI/UX)

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to create responsive, user-friendly web and mobile applications.
Implement high-quality, clean, and efficient code using front-end technologies such as React, React Native, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and style guides.
Work closely with the design team to translate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into functional, visually appealing user interfaces.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and adherence to accessibility standards.
Optimize application performance, identify and resolve UI/UX issues, and continuously improve the overall user experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling web and mobile interfaces.
Expertise in HTML, CSS (including preprocessors like SASS or LESS), and JavaScript frameworks such as React.
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and a good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Experience with front-end build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, or similar).
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices, including accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.
(Optional) Understanding of back-end integration, RESTful APIs, and data visualization libraries.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with mobile-first design and/or building hybrid mobile apps using React Native.
Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or similar.
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, etc.).
Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development workflows.
