Job Description
A UI/FrontEnd Developer is responsible for creating and implementing user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. This includes designing and building the visual elements of the interface, such as buttons, forms, and layouts, as well as ensuring that the interface is functional and easy to use. UI Developers work closely with designers and other development teams to ensure that the interface is visually appealing and seamlessly integrated with the back-end functionality. They also stay up to date with the latest UI trends and technologies to ensure that the interfaces they create are modern and user-friendly.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of development tools such as Visual Studio Code, Sublime text or Atom
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Knowledge of testing tools such as aXe, Wave or JAWS.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular
- Strong understanding of user experience and design principles, along with some knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Adobe XD
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
Continuously stay up to date with the latest UI trends and technologies
Develop and maintain user interfaces for web and mobile applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Create and implement responsive design to ensure optimal user experience across different devices
Work closely with the design team to ensure that the visual design is translated into a functional user interface
Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the interface is integrated seamlessly with the back-end functionality
