Key Responsibilities :
– Develop and maintain web applications using React, ensuring a seamless user experience for our financial products.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and backend developers, to design and implement innovative features that enhance our financial solutions.
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of our tech stack, focusing on scalability and performance to support our Fintech initiatives.
– Mentor and guide a team of junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and learning within the team.
Minimum Requirements :
– At least 2 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a strong emphasis on Fintech applications.
– Proficiency in React, JavaScript, CSS, and Bootstrap, with a solid understanding of responsive design principles.
– Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them into web applications.
– B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.
– Proven experience in building projects for the Banking/Finance/Lending domain, demonstrating a deep understanding of Fintech industry requirements.
