Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing robust data collection and cleaning processes.
- Mapping and optimizing business processes for data management.
- Developing SOPs to standardize data management practices.
- Preparing training materials for staff, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
- Preparing a roadmap and initial prototype for a user interface where the peacebuilding data can be accessed and used by practitioners and decision-makers
Profile:
- Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in computer science, data science, analytics, statistics, or a related quantitative field;
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI), and data collection, analysis, and Generative AI software is required;
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and Microsoft Power Apps is an asset;
- Experience working in learning environments is an asset;
- Experience in conflict prevention, peacekeeping, integrating AI in peacebuilding, digital peacebuilding, media monitoring, community building, media literacy, and integrated analytics is highly desirable;
