- Strong leadership skills, continuous learner’s mindset
- Proven ability to wear many hats (and not look ridiculous doing so)
- A willingness to add value to the world
Responsibilities
- Work on the development of websites and web applications (recommended MERN-stack (+Next.js))
- Handle the participation in the creation of the architecture of the web dev project
- Work on the consideration of current engineering trends (focus on performance, scalability, security)
- Manage teamwork on a dynamically developing project
Hiring Process
- Assessment Round (Front-end + Back-end) [48 hrs. task]
- Final Interview Round (Technical + Behavioral) [1-2 days]
- Post interviews, we’ll release the results [2-3 days]
