Role Summary

The Global Services Leader is responsible for the strategic leadership, execution, and scaling of offshore services and client delivery for RCMS service lines. This senior leadership role is essential to expanding global operations, driving operational excellence, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes through high-performing offshore partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the company’s offshore services strategy in alignment with overall business goals
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities by expanding and enhancing offshore service offerings
  • Build and sustain a high-performance culture across offshore teams using innovative technologies
  • Oversee service delivery with offshore partners to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to seamlessly integrate offshore services into delivery models
  • Establish, monitor, and optimize KPIs to evaluate performance, quality, and efficiency
  • Assess offshore service performance through metrics, audits, and client feedback
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and alignment for offshore service leaders and cross-regional teams
  • Partner with operations, technology, security, and business development teams to support coordinated delivery and growth
  • Serve as the primary escalation and communication point for offshore teams and clients
  • Ensure offshore operations comply with data security, privacy, and industry regulations

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Direct oversight of 500+ offshore team members and collaboration with strong domestic leadership teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or global service delivery
  • Demonstrated leadership of large, cross-functional, and multi-cultural teams
  • Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and process improvement mindset
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support global operations
