Responsibilities:
- Design high-conversion YouTube thumbnails that attract clicks.
- Create engaging visuals for social media, ads, websites, and courses.
- Work closely with content, video, and marketing teams to visualize ideas.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals.
- Edit and revise designs based on feedback quickly and creatively.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (or similar tools).
- Strong portfolio of thumbnails and graphic design work.
- Ability to understand content and create visuals that elevate it.
- Fast turnaround time and attention to detail.
- Bonus: Knowledge of YouTube trends and thumbnail hooks.
