HCL Hiring Fresher graduates with excellent written and verbal communication skills and having excellent customer handling skills for the role of Backend Process Associate to provide a seamless experience addressing customer’s questions or issues over the phone and to efficiently fulfil all the assigned job responsibilities as per the prerequisites.

Salary bar : Upto 2. 25 LPA

Skill Set :

1. Good customer service skills.
2. Sound working knowledge of MS office.
3. Prior experience in BPO voice process shall be preferred.
4. Candidate must be comfortable with Work From Office module.
5. Agent should be flexible to work in 24/7 Environment.(UK Shifts).
6. Fresher’s/ Experience Both can apply.

8. BA.LLB or Law background candidates are not eligible for this role.
9. There is no cab restrictions for female candidates.

Job Description :

1. The role is to complete the client L1 certification program to become certified Data Analyst in the Pipeline Inspection industry after completion of L1 training program.
2. The ideal candidate is a persistent problem solver who enjoys data intensive, analytical work.
3. This individual must be process oriented, as adherence to industry standards is required, and should also be deeply committed to quality and accuracy at a highly detailed level.
4. Manage the necessary interaction with client representative.
5. Manage the necessary interaction with project leads.
6. Fully accountable for the analysis work executed post becoming L1 analyst.
7. Assess and interpret the processed data to differentiate between, welding faults, mill faults, mechanical damage, and other pipeline anomalies, internal and external metal loss.
8. Assess defect significance based on formulae and parameters defined in International Pipeline Repair Codes and by the client.
9. Produce technical reports based on the analysis of the pipeline.
10. Respond to client technical inquiries and integrity concerns.
11. Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
12. Must produce accurate reports of a high quality.
13. Must meet reporting deadlines.
14. Respond to client queries promptly and professionally.
15. The ideal candidate has a Customer Centric behavior, is able to deal with complex Customers and meet specific requirements when needed.
16. Strives for achieving the Project goals and Customer satisfaction.
