The Head of Human Resources will lead the HR department and be responsible for shaping the organization’s people strategy, culture, and policies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning human capital initiatives with overall business goals.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor HR teams across all functional areas
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs
- Design and execute performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll structures effectively
- Provide leadership in organizational design and workforce planning
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related decisions

- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role (preferably as HR Head or HR Director)

- Experience using HRMS tools and modern HR analytics systems
