This position will focus on end to end onboarding, recruitment support, employee benefits, employee engagement and ensure contract payroll processing.

Major Responsibilities :
Responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process, including new employee orientation sessions, providing an overview of the company’s policies.
Facilitating the new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrolment, and other necessary documentation.
- Serving as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns and managing the onboarding process.
- Create & implement onboarding workflow, process, and comprehensive onboarding program. Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and newly hired employees.
Monitoring the progress and integration of new employees and create proposal to improve new hire experience based on data analysis.
Responsible for the 30% of the recruitment for COE Pune, by understanding hiring needs from hiring manager, position creation & approval, lead the selection process and successful hiring.
Works closely with Talent Acquisition Lead to adjust recruitment priorities, balance load and data update.
- Responsible for candidate management in WD, onboarding and joining.
- Lead the intern & trainee hiring program.
- Responsible to plan & execute employee engagement activities.
- Responsible for data management in workday, data tracking and metrics preparation.
- Responsible for employee exit management, including completion of exit formalities on last day, system entry, coordination of no-dues with respective departments and communication to stakeholders.
- Responsible to provide support for insurance claims to associate, policy renewal coordination, and complete data management (additions, deletions & mid-policy changes).
Create awareness on all group insurance benefits.
- Responsible to provide payroll input for Contract staff and work with third party vendor to validate the payroll output and timely disbursement.
- Responsible to validate and audit data into HRIS / Workday.
- Creating & timely updating Standard operating procedure (SOP) and continuously evaluate the existing process for improvement and automation.
Required Education / Experience / Skills :
- A full time Bachelor’s degree in Science, Commerce or finance. Full time Masters / Post-Graduation degree in HR is preferred.
- Well versed in using HCM platforms like Workday and Microsoft tools & applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent in planning, time management and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of HR policies and procedures.
