Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies across LinkedIn, Wellfound, and third-party recruitment platforms.
- Create and manage engaging job postings that accurately reflect role requirements and attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate subsequent hiring steps with relevant teams.
- Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and third-party vendors to ensure consistent candidate flow.
- Collaborate closely with team leads to clearly define job roles, expectations, and hiring timelines.
- Monitor hiring metrics, maintain candidate databases, and ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
