Description :
Selected intern and #x27;s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening and scheduling interviews
2. Paticipating in onboarding activities such as preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires are integrated into the organization
3. Support HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee files, Updating HR systems, and preparing HR Reports
4. Assist in employee relations activities such as responding to employee inquiries and conducting employee engagement activities
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and promote a positive work environment
Requirements-:
1. Currently pursuing degree in Human recources or related field
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to details
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
4. Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point)
6. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
