~ Key Responsibilities:
- Offer jobs to eligible & interested candidates
- Work on assessing communication skills & other eligibility criteria before scheduling interviews
- Find appropriate candidates from the data given (Approx 150 calls to be done each day)
- Generate leads from social media & job platforms (proper training will be given)
- End to End Recruitment
