The End-to-End Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and the ability to hire top talent efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understanding Hiring Needs & Job Requirements
- Partner with hiring managers to define job roles, expectations, and candidate profiles.
- Create and update job descriptions based on business requirements.
2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
3. Screening & Shortlisting
- Conduct initial resume screening and candidate assessments.
- Perform telephonic/video interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural fit.
4. Interview Coordination & Selection
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders throughout the process.
- Gather feedback from interviewers and facilitate the decision-making process.
