Job Overview: As an Associate in Campaign Management, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality websites, interfaces, and workflows. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of campaigns, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and a positive user experience. Your role will involve creating and testing responsive web designs, maintaining operational systems, and supporting various stages of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop well-structured, optimized, and responsive code following web development best practices, ensuring compatibility across devices and browsers.
- Create websites and user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS techniques, integrating data from back-end databases and services.
- Manage and streamline workflows for teams, ensuring visibility, balance, and efficient project execution.
- Plan and execute testing schedules that cover multiple browsers and devices, ensuring web content is accessible on all platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in web development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and managers to understand business and functional requirements, define project scopes, and establish specifications.
- Develop and maintain operational systems, tools, and processes, supporting both tactical and strategic development initiatives.
- Ensure software stability through regression testing, quality assurance support, and performing unit and user acceptance testing to identify and resolve bugs.
- Handle customer-requested edits, develop plans for larger projects, and propose solutions to enhance existing websites.
- Regularly conduct file backups to local directories to ensure data integrity.

About You:
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, including CSS, CSS3, Bootstrap, Sass, Less, HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web UI design.
- Proficiency with at least one Content Management System (CMS), with experience in AEM, WordPress, or Drupal considered an asset.
- Experience in implementing web development workflows using tools like GitHub, SVN, or similar version control systems.
- Expertise in cross-browser compatibility and troubleshooting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing technical projects and delivering high-quality work on time.
