Job Title : Manual Tester (Fresher)
Job Type : Full-Time
Responsibilities :
– Execute test cases and report defects in a timely manner.
– Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback.
– Create, update, and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans and test cases.
– Participate in software design and requirements reviews to ensure alignment with testing objectives.
– Conduct regression testing to verify that previously developed and tested software still performs after a change.
– Identify, record, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
– Assist in the development and implementation of testing strategies to improve software quality.
– Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and potential issues.
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
– Provide clear and detailed reports on testing progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
– Bachelor’s degree in any field (Computer Science or related preferred).
– Basic understanding of software testing principles (training will be provided).
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
– Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus.
