Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document management and orientation coordination
- Participate in HRIS data entry and maintenance
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs
- Assist with employee engagement activities and events
- Support HR projects related to policy development, HR initiatives, and compliance
- Participate in creating and maintaining HR-related documents and records
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration tasks
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related issues
- Conduct research on HR best practices and trends
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related meetings and events
- Contribute to the maintenance of HR files, databases, and reports
- Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute
- Previous internship or work experience in HR is preferred
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and tools is advantageous
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with HR best practices and industry trends
