We are seeking a highly motivated HR Analytics Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in applying data analytics to HR processes and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a keen interest in HR operations and workforce management.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze HR-related data from various sources i.e. HRIS
- Use statistical methods to interpret data and generate useful business insights.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to HR stakeholders.
- Propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Advance Excel
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for HR and analytics.
- Power BI & SQL
