Job Title: Fresher HR Generalist / Operations (Full-time, Non-Recruitment)

Availability: Immediate Joiners Required
Daily Onboarding Operations
- New Hire Documentation: Ensuring all necessary documents are collected and verified from new employees.
- Orientation: Conducting initial orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Workstation Setup: Coordinating with IT and facilities to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment and access.
- Buddy Program: Assigning mentors or buddies to new hires for smoother integration.
Policy Implementation and Maintenance
- Policy Communication: Informing employees about new policies or changes to existing policies.
- Policy Compliance: Monitoring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Policy Updates: Regularly reviewing and updating HR policies to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with legal standards.
- Employee Handbook: Maintaining and distributing the employee handbook, ensuring it is always current.
Attendance Management
- Attendance Tracking: Monitoring daily attendance and managing leave requests.
- Absence Management: Addressing frequent absenteeism and implementing corrective actions if necessary.
- Reporting: Generating attendance reports for management review.
- Leave Management System: Managing and updating the leave management system.
Additional HR Operations Activities
- Employee Records Management: Maintaining up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Compiling HR metrics and preparing reports for management.
- Employee Engagement: Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Grievance Handling: Addressing employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Training Coordination: Assisting with the coordination of training and development programs.
- Performance Management Support: Supporting the performance review process, including scheduling reviews and collecting feedback.
Required Skills
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in HR Software: Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and attendance management tools.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
