Key Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable talent pipelines.
• Maintain and enhance candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems (ATS/CRM).
• Employee Relations & Engagement
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in alignment with company policies.
• HR Policies & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies, updating as required.
• Oversee HR documentation such as contracts, performance appraisals, and employee records.
• Training & Development
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for recruitment teams.
• Support continuous professional development initiatives to improve recruiter performance.
• Performance Management
• Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems and KPIs.
• Work with department heads to track and improve employee productivity.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in HR roles, preferably within recruitment or staffing agencies.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HR software, ATS, and MS Office tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
