The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing highly qualified IT professionals for a variety of technical roles. You will work closely with clients, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their hiring needs are met promptly
- Stay updated with current IT trends, technologies, and talent market dynamics
- Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter / IT Recruiter in a staffing or consulting environment
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and meet recruitment targets under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field
