You’ll be responsible for responding to technical queries, diagnosing system errors, and ensuring that users experience minimal downtime.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff when necessary
- Provide remote desktop support and guide users through step-by-step solutions
- Ensure all IT systems and equipment run smoothly and securely
- Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge base maintenance
