The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technology professionals to meet the organization’s staffing needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers, understand role requirements, and ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Identify qualified candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate onboarding process
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in IT recruitment

- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter in a staffing or corporate environment
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets
- Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools

- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
