Spectral Consultants is seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for technology positions. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates while maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. This role requires a keen understanding of the IT industry and excellent communication skills.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified IT candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, networking)
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews with clients and provide feedback
- Maintain and update candidate and client databases
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Stay updated with industry trends and technology skill requirements
- Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment or staffing preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
