Logic Planet Inc is seeking an experienced and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network configurations, and providing end-user support. You will play a key role in maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure and ensuring minimal downtime.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues
- Diagnose and resolve system errors, connectivity issues, and application malfunctions
- Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems
- Support users via phone, chat, or remote access tools
- Maintain IT documentation and system logs
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure system security and efficiency
- Monitor and update systems to prevent potential vulnerabilities
- Assist in upgrading and deploying new technologies across departments
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Familiarity with networking protocols, VPN, firewalls, and routers
- Understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) preferred
