Job description :
– Leading the entire Backend platform for a product portfolio
– End to end delivery new features.
– Evolving the architecture for performance and scalability.
– Design, develop and own components of a highly scalable, distributed web services platform.
– Constantly strive to improve software development process and team productivity.
– Should be strong in data structure and programming skills.
– Should be good in writing reusable and clean code
– Should be having strong exposure in java, springboot and building rest apis
– Should be good in dealing with databases either SQL or NoSQL
– Should be an individual contributor and passionate about coding
– Should be able to handle spring security paradigms
– Should have basic idea of AWS or any other cloud for deployment
– Should be strong on multi-threading, OOPS, design patterns
– 2+ Years of Experience on JAVA & Springs Boot.
– Development experience with Web Services (Micro Services, REST, SOAP, Web API etc.)
– Hands on experience with MySql or NoSQL
– Demonstrable experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and development best practice majority of experience in Development project ( Support project experience not really effective)
– Develop applications through their full life-cycle.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skill

– Excellent Java skills, Understanding of Spring framework & MVC approach
– Strong knowledge of Performance optimization and caching techniques.
– Strong Object Oriented Programming concepts, data structure and algorithms
– Experience in developing scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed backend services
– Experience with prevalent design patterns and advanced system designing
– Good experiences with databases and Schema design. We heavily use NoSQL databases
– Strong Problem Solving skills
