Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the design, development, and testing of Java-based applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java and related technologies.
• Debug and resolve basic technical issues in applications.
• Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Learn and apply industry best practices for software development, including version control, documentation, and testing.
• Collaborate with senior developers, testers, and project managers to deliver assigned tasks on time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent training/experience).
• Strong knowledge of Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, JDBC).
• Basic understanding of SQL/Databases and Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring / Hibernate (added advantage).
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
