Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with backend developers to design and implement userfacing features using Java technologies.
- Develop efficient and reusable frontend systems and components using HTML CSS and JavaScript frameworks.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring crossbrowser compatibility.
- Implement and maintain responsive web design principles to ensure a consistent user experience across devices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to frontend development.
- Collaborate with UI / UX designers to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs and optimize them for maximum performance across platforms.
- Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues within the frontend application.
- Participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve frontend development practices.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Java Front End Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and its ecosystem.
- Proficiency in web markup including HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with JavaScript and modern frameworks such as Angular and React.
- Understanding of serverside CSS preprocessing platforms such as SASS or LESS.
- Experience with responsive and mobile UI development.
- Knowledge of crossbrowser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Solid understanding of UI / UX design principles and best practices.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
