Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have Java-8, SpringMVC and Spring boot Hands on, Microservices in Event driven architecture, Design patterns, Code scan tools, CICD, DevOps, Agile
Good-to-Have Knowledge on Cloud native architecture
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Design and Development of backend application in Java technologies on Spring boot. Should be fully hands on and independently handle assigned technical tasks.
2 Experience of working in Agile Scrum teams. Familiar with scrum terminologies, development process and working in location independent agile teams.
3 Experience with building Spring boot Microservices under Event driven architectures. Adept in unit testing (plan and execution) and help in building scalable applications.
4 Work on development of online real time systems & payment gateways with tight SLAs. Ability to identify performance issues and fine tune.
5 Knowledge/Experience in Cloud native architecture. Implement and deploy scalable application on cloud (Azure) using CD/CI tools (Jenkins, GIT etc.)
