Daikin is looking for an Junior Business Analyst to join our team! The Jr. BA will support the growing Salesforce Business Analyst team and will work on problems of diverse scope and complexity.
These may include partnering with our 3rd party distributors, internal Salesforce users, and Field Service Offices to enhance and improve our business.
Under general supervision, you will plan, define, design, specify, test and support Salesforce related business processes and systems.

Minimum Qualifications
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- 1+ year of Salesforce experience or comparable CRM skills
- 1 year of general Business Analyst experience or similar
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with Sales Operations reporting.
- Able to document project scope, objectives, deliverables, critical success factors, assumptions, global and regional considerations, resource requirements, prioritization, cost / benefit, potential risks, and feasibility
- Capable of establishing knowledge & understanding of functional testing scenarios at both business and technical levels.
May develop functional test scripts and lead testing activities with appropriate technical and customer personnel to ensure that customer interests are represented in all testing stages
- Familiar with documenting processes and procedures
- Skilled at analysis and data management
- Demonstrated proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
