Job Description:
- Place and manage purchase orders across Q-commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart).
- Maintain and update trackers, dashboards, and reports on Excel and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, ops) to ensure timely and accurate PO execution.
- Assist in weekly sales performance tracking and platform-specific analytics.
- Ensure data accuracy, flag discrepancies, and follow up to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (mandatory).
- Strong command over Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables, filters, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills.
- Prior internship or work experience in data, e-commerce, or operations is a plus
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable handling repetitive yet critical tasks.
