We are looking for a 1-year experienced UX/UI Designer to join our fintech team and contribute to creating exceptional designs for our digital products. The ideal candidate must be skilled in developing user interface applications with a pixel-perfect aesthetic, adhering to existing design systems while crafting new design systems for upcoming projects. A strong background in research and analysis is essential, as you will be expected to explore innovative approaches and solutions that enhance the user experience for our clients.
Requirements :
– Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
– Must be adept at the following: Theme designing, Colour Palette knowledge, Pitch Ideation, Typography, Layouting, Unique Concept Creation, UX Research, User Flows, Information Architecture, Imagery, UX Audit, and prototype.
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
– Ability to analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions.
– Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
– Good understanding of brand visual language
Responsibilities :
– Work on the entire UI/UX design process from concept to final product, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
– Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
– Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
– Maintain design consistency across all platforms by adhering to established style guides and best practices.
– Optimize existing user interface designs.
– Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions.
– Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
