Cableteque is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead AI / ML Software Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of data scientists and engineers to create scalable, production-ready AI systems that address complex business challenges. You will play a key role in shaping the AI roadmap and integrating intelligent automation into enterprise-grade applications.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development of AI and ML models — from data preprocessing to model deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven opportunities and implement solutions
- Architect and build scalable ML pipelines and APIs for production systems
- Research and experiment with the latest ML algorithms and AI frameworks
- Optimize model performance and ensure accuracy, scalability, and reliability
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in ML engineering and MLOps
- Collaborate with data engineering and cloud teams for seamless model integration
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP)
- Experience in data modeling, feature engineering, and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for model deployment
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, etc.) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
