Position- Lead Backend Developer

Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: You’ll be the go-to person for all things backend development using Node.js. This involves mentoring junior developers, guiding architectural decisions, and ensuring the backend is robust, scalable, and secure.
- Full-Stack Development: You’ll not only lead the backend team but also write clean, maintainable, and efficient Node.js code.
- Solution Architect: You’ll wear the architect hat, designing and implementing complex backend systems. This involves understanding the big picture, breaking down problems, and choosing the right technologies for the job.
- Collaboration: You’ll work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the backend seamlessly integrates with the entire system.
Skills:
- Node.js Expertise: You should be a Node.js rockstar with a deep understanding of its capabilities and best practices.
- Full-Stack Knowledge: While your focus is backend, a good understanding of the frontend landscape is a plus.
- Architectural Thinking: You can see the forest for the trees and design backend systems that are scalable, maintainable, and meet the long-term needs of the application.
- Communication: You can clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus points:
Knowledge of DevOps principles: Understanding how development and operations work together is a valuable asset.
Experience with cloud platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a big plus.
