Growexx is looking for a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to drive automation, cloud management, and CI/CD processes across multiple projects. The candidate will lead a team of DevOps professionals, ensure infrastructure scalability, and collaborate with development teams to deliver secure and high-performing solutions. The role demands deep expertise in cloud platforms, container orchestration, and continuous integration tools.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of DevOps engineers
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for multiple projects
- Manage and optimize infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Automate deployments and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and security
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline release processes
- Ensure compliance with best practices for infrastructure security and scalability
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Lead Engineer, or Cloud Architect
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
- Excellent understanding of Linux/Unix systems and network configurations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
