Innopay is looking for a Lead Flutter Developer to head its mobile application development team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Flutter and Dart, a strong understanding of mobile architecture, and the ability to lead a team of developers to build world-class mobile solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications with a focus on performance, security, and user experience.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of high-quality mobile apps using Flutter and Dart
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to define project requirements
- Review code, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to best development practices
- Optimize application performance and maintain code quality
- Integrate APIs and third-party libraries efficiently
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Research and implement new mobile technologies to enhance product capabilities
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Flutter framework and Dart programming language
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and mobile app architecture
- Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical abilities
