The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Java technologies, strong leadership abilities, and experience managing full software development lifecycles.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers throughout all stages of development
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, testers, and DevOps engineers
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure code quality standards
- Contribute to system architecture and design discussions
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend process improvements

- Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
