Empnéo ICT is seeking a highly skilled Lead Mobile Application Developer to oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of both Android and iOS platforms, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on experience with cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native. This role involves leading a team of developers, collaborating with designers and stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of robust mobile solutions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of mobile applications for Android and iOS
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define app features and user experiences
- Ensure apps meet high standards of performance, security, and scalability
- Integrate APIs, cloud services, and third-party SDKs
- Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and optimize app performance
