Virtuoso Infotech is looking for an experienced Lead QA – Software Testing professional to manage and oversee the quality assurance lifecycle for software projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining QA strategies, leading test teams, designing test plans, and ensuring flawless product delivery across web and mobile platforms.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team through planning, execution, and delivery of testing activities
- Develop and maintain detailed test strategies, plans, and documentation
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to identify and resolve issues
- Ensure product quality through continuous testing and validation
- Track defects and provide detailed bug reports using issue tracking tools
- Mentor junior QA engineers and ensure adherence to best practices
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in software QA and testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or Cypress
- Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile testing processes
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git) is a plus
